My family of 2 children and husband and I stayed here for 1 night. We checked in early in the am. However, when we walked into our room it was nasty! The floor/carpet was filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. Lots of trash and we even felt grouse to walk on it. Since we were so tired and checked in really late I just made sure the best were clean and there were no bed bugs. Beds and restroom were clean, but room, carpet and TV were very dirty. Will not return again. Everything is very outdated and old.

Property and rooms are well kept and clean. Pool area and spa well maintained. Parking area is good as well. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Staff is not very friendly or accommodating at all. As a rewards member late check out is offered at my level. I've never been granted more than 10 or 15 min past check out. After that 10-15 min is up they call and wait at your door until you leave. This is the 1st hotel and only thus far I've had this type of experience with. After my 3rd stay and the level of the experience I'd have to say I won't be staying again.

I stayed there last week on Saturday for just one night. My wife and I are fixing some properties that we own and we booked one night. The hotel is ok for the price, Vanessa in the other hand was rude when we arrived. I said I had a reservation and she did not even look at me. She said check in is at 3. I asked for tge time she said it's 2:45, come back in 15 min. The hotel was nearly empty, there were no more than 5 cars parked. I was going to drop my wife so I could go back to over see the contractor at my property, well I went back and decided to wait in my car. A gentleman came in as I was leaving looking for a room. I was outside when I notice the fellow with keys to his room. I went in and asked for an explanation Vanessa said he had priority because he did not have a reservation. I never heard of that before, while arguing it was almost 3 and she gave me my room key. The room has a fridge and a microwave and for a night it wasn't bad. I can't imagine what would happen if I had shown up at 1 pm?

Rooms musty, sink leeked all over our feet, pool & spa dirty, and spa did not work properly even after staff tried to fix it (when i called for reservation i was assurred it worked). Not worth the price we paid.

Loved that they called our room 15 minutes after we settled in to see that we had everything we needed. Loved that the air conditioner really "cooled" the room and there were extra towels and cups. Would have been extra special if they had cribs for our toddler but we made do without. Convenient to freeway.
