I've waited 3 years for them to fix this place up. It's going nowhere. This place is STILL a dump and I wouldn't take a room here for free. PLEASE for the sake of us the travelers, call Howard Johnson's Headquarters and complain. The front desk is a joke. Never coming here again. This place needs to be razed and HoJo should be ashamed!

The staff at check in had horrible customer service. I was double charged, then treated very poorly when trying to resolve the issue. Many of the guests were openly using drugs. The rooms are over priced and not worth it. All of the staff could use an attitude adjustment.

We were expecting a basic clean hotel to stay for the night. What we received was terrible. Microwave on desk, not plugged in. Clock not plugged in. TV and phone did not work. No pillow cases on pillows. No dust ruffle on bed. Missing light bulbs and knobs to drawers. Mold in toilet. Melted cigarette marks in tub. 2 small towels. Shall I go on? And I woke up with several mystery bugs bites.

Hotel converting to a super 8. Exterior is a horrendous mess. Employees hanging around smoking everywhere. Room was a 4 out of 10. Some renovations done but still a mess.

I walked into the room and the switches at the front door did not work. Lock on door was missing. I turned around and walked out to find a new hotel.
