mold in shower
kh4223on 19/11/2017 00:46After staying the night went to take a shower and the speckled granite had raised up brownish black mold. It was disguisting. I informed the front desk clerk upon checkout that it needed to be cleaned and his response was oh ok. Really? No apology, nothing!
Also it was very run down and the hallway reeked of smoke. Beds were comfy though.
Broken down and dirty. Do not stay here, not a good hotel dirty and poorly managed!
960ashleighron 07/11/2017 21:56I was checked in and given my keys. The front desk then called my room repeatedly because the card was "kicked fron the system." Only problem is the phone in my room was broken and couldn't be andwered so it just rang over and over again waking up my infant. Finally I figured out how to answer it and they requested I give them my credit card info over the phone.... uhhh NO! Not my fault you messed up I am not going to just give my info to some random person on the phone. Not to mention there were beer cans in our balcony and hair/dirt in the bathrooms. I went and purchased a sheet from Walmart to put over the bed because let's be honest there were unwanted guests in my room if the buggy nature.. disappointed and disgusted in this hotel!
Needs improvement but the bed was comfortable
jrr265on 04/11/2017 01:21The facility is in need of upgrades from top to bottom. It's date-ness is enhanced but not being as clean as it could be. The bed, however was comfortable. Check-in staff person was very friendly and helpful (Female). Check out staff person not so much (male, owner?). Breakfast was a bit skimpy, but because I'm an oatmeal guy it was sufficient for me.
