I stayed with my family in October 2017 and it was a great experience!
First of all, we arrived late at night (2:30am) and yet they had dinner for us as they knew of our late arrival. This was so thoughtful! The staff is so courteous and friendly. Toni and Domingo were especially great staff members! Clean rooms, tasty food, nice pool and close by the beach.
We loved the fact that the rooms had a kitchenette, refrigerator and a lounge/dining area separate from the bedroom. You had all the conveniences of an apartment, yet it was still a hotel with daily cleaning services and buffet meals.
We will definitely return to HSM Lago Park.

Good value family friendly apartments. Two pools and less than 5 minutes to beach. Fizz on arrival and kids entertainment on site. Friendly staff who remember us year on year. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Hotel next to a MAIN road which was very busy and noisey.
Room itself was fantastic until you opened the curtains with a view over the next door hotel, kitchen, generator and rubbish dump, it was impossible to sit on the balcony due to the constant noise of the generator and the all day smell of cooking onions etc.
Location itself was perfect if u liked Burger King, Burgers Pizzas, Beer, Fags, crap food , loads of tat and crap shops and cycling :-).
However two pools great for kids and families who like all of the above in the Mojorcan sunshine.

The first thing to mention was the champagne on arrival which was a nice start, mind you I was a little disappointed after checking in that there was a charge for the room safe and this wasn't as cheap as I'd hoped it was 30 euros for 11 nights with a 10 euro refundable deposit. Especially as a lot of other hotels we have stayed in this service is free.
However this said everything else about this hotel was great, in the main the hotel was quiet, spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast was lovely, the evening meals were also very good. A reasonable choice, yes some items were repeated but bare in mind they are catering for varied nationalities and I felt they did a good job at doing this.
There was always room in the restaurant, morning and evening with no issues finding a table to accommodate us. The staff were always very polite and extremely helpful, I would particularly like to thank Iga and Roly for helping us enjoy our stay. The complimentary bottle of champagne was a very welcome surprise on our penultimate evening at Lago Park.
There was always sunbeds available around both pools, and it was nice that each part of the complex had it's own pool. We stayed in block 2 and the afternoon around the pool was great because it was a little sun trap. We couldn't believe how quiet it was around this pool, it was bliss.
I think we were lucky with our room as we looked out at the rear of the hotel which overlooked a few villas and the mountains, as mentioned the room was spacious. There was twin beds in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge/dining area and a great sized bathroom with a walk in shower. A nice balcony area suitable for three people at a squeeze possibly 4. The air-con was also a bonus as it made for a comfortable nights sleep and a bonus that it was quiet running too :)
I would say that this hotel is suitable for families and couples and it is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. There are shops, bars and restaurants virtually on the doorstep and depending on the board basis of your stay is very useful.
We were half board and therefore did use some local bars for lunch or an evening drink.
I cannot find anything to complain about and we enjoyed our stay here and would certainly consider staying again in the future.

Fantastic location, 5min to the beautiful beach. Very friendly staff. Regards to Toni and Mar who were excellent on our arrive. Clean rooms, cleaning every day, no worries for left things in the room. Nice food, €10 for breakfast, €15 for dinner of €20 for both. Good variety of food available. Fridge, cooker, cofemaker, plates, cups and glasses in the kitchen. Night sessions with musicians outdoor. First two weeks of September but everything like full season time.
