Bigbigroyon 07/02/2017 13:26This hotel is near the railway station, and a short walk from the centre of town, The room we had was very big, but very dated, the breakfast was awful, I am used to continental breakfasts but this was megre, fortunately we only stopped for one night on the way through, that was enough, no a/c even though they did advertise it.
I have a feeling it was shutting down, or it should, the Holiday inn nearby was much better.
Needs an update
Ajbsabon 15/10/2016 19:39I spent one night here while traveling. The room was a good size and the location was great. The guy on reception was very helpful and directed us to one of the squares in the town and gave us a map. The whole hotel is in desperate need of an update as it feels like you're stepping back in time to the 1970s. There was a thick layer of dust on the window sills which makes u think what else they don't clean. It served a purpose but kind of feels like a hotel on the decline
A nice but "tired" hotel

The room was large as was the good bed. But everything looked dowdy.
The staff were pleasant enough although one lady gave misleading information
Breakfast at 11 Euro was minimal and very poor value.

calger72on 17/08/2016 21:37We showed up with a family of five, having let the hotel know before-hand that we needed a family room and how many people were in our group. We get there, go up to check the room and we are one bed short. We go back to the front desk and ask if it's possible for a cot, because we did book for 5 and they said they could accommodate. The lady at the front says that they have no cots and that having enough beds for our family was never a guarantee. We ended up having to pay extra to rent another room. It was extremely dirty (hair EVERYWHERE), with no AC and one of our rooms developed a serious leaking problem in the bathroom. Avoid at all costs.
Beyond Terrible
PeppermintPatty67on 07/08/2016 18:34I'm not sure how they can say this is an acceptable hotel on any level. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the hotel we knew there was no way we could stay there. It was dirty, smelled like smoke, there were stains on the carpets and the walls, and the furniture was old, warn, and dirty. Even the bad reviews made it sound better than it was. I would not recommend this hotel in any way.
