Stayed here on our way home from our holiday in Spain driving to Calais. Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff and great location. We had the large family room for four which was ideal, clean, well-equipped and a good size room. Definitely stay again and definitely recommend this hotel.

The proprietor was very welcoming and helpful; offering useful advice on many topics from nearby restaurants; bus journeys and other places to stay.
The pool was very clean and wonderfully refreshing after a long hot cycle ride.
Beds and rooms comfortable and clean; breakfast very adequate.

We stayed here towards the end of June while wine touring in the Rhone region. When searching for a hotel in the area, I was looking for something a little outside the norm. As other reviewers have stated - the owner is a wealth of information and was always ready to offer up suggestions on places to go and things to see.
Even though this hotel is on a main road, we had a nice, large room in one of the bungalows at the back of the property and were never bothered by road noise. Loads of mature trees on the property to provide shade. Nice sized pool. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Free WiFi.
Would definitely stay at this property again when we return to the region.

we really enjoyed staying there! the room was bright and clean,as was the pool. the owner is very friendly and full of useful information about close sights. an additional plus: there's free parking.
the hotel is a lilttle outside the center,but still close enough.

What a charming hotel with a very hospitable husband and wife team running it. Stayed with my wife and three children on our way through to the south and although we arrived in pouring rain and it didn't stop until we left, we felt right at home here. Quite simple, but clean and comfortable bedrooms. Excellent French style breakfast, but really it was the welcome we received that would make us return. There is a small pool that we didn't try, but looked nice and also an adjoining bar. We enjoyed our night in this little, well run, classic French Hotel.
