We trust Rick Steves and he was right again...wonderful new 3 star in a great part of Paris, the Rue Cler. Rooms are very well done. The bed were fine. The view was of daily life on the Rue Cler. We love this people watching venue!! The bathroom was just fine with a great shower! The breakfast was excellent with a fabulous expresso machine! The front desk was so friendly , helpful , and knowledgeable . And the location is perfect: line 8 Metro and many buses! We loved the Hotel Cler!

Really nice rooms, perfect location, friendly staff!! Rue Cler is a very quiet, typical Parisian street without cars. The hotel is located between the fruit markets and the small cafes. 3-4 minutes walk from nearest metro station. Ca 10 -12 minutes walk to the Eiffeltower.

We checked into the Cler Hotel on Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised that room was available early. The room was like brand new, very modern and extremely clean. All employees at hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great location right on Rue Cler, with many eating choices within 2 blocks. Metro only 3 blocks away very convenient location. Couldn't have asked for a better first time in Paris. Planning to return.

Modern amenities, located in a nice and safe district of Paris, 5-10 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower, the price is reasonable, We were there in December the area and streets were very festive. It was cozy and comfortable with 3 adults and two kids in 2 rooms, they have a lift which is handy to bring your luggage up and down also accommodated my son who has special needs. Outside of the hotel, there are these fruit stalls. a couple of cafes, close to a laundromat.
We stayed late close to midnight and walk back to the hotel, it was a safe walk. Overall a good experience.

Very cozy rooms, comfortable and well arranged. In the heart of Paris. Special thanks to Melissa for being readily available to accommodate her guests and go the extra mile in terms of customer. Would book again.
