This is a very nice,clean and comfortable Hotel in a lovely town on the Yvonne River. The breafest was very good and the staff very attentive. Our room was updated but we noted not all rooms have been updated. I would request an updated room! This is not a luxury hotel but was very hospitable.

I recently stayed for 4 nights at the hotel with my partner, my mother and my father in law, This hotel did not disappoint, I was I touch with the hotel prior to our stay to see if they could recommend a restaurant for the Sunday evening as my father in laws birthday and I know not a lot of places do not open on Sunday's in France. The hotel kindly recommended a few and then booked the restaurant of our choice for us.
All the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Nothing was to much trouble for them.
The hotel is very well positioned and within easy reach of the centre of Auxerre. There is a very comfortable lounge to enjoy a wine in and chat to friends and family.
We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to any visitors going to Auxerre.

We stay for 1 night stop over in August on the way down to the Dordogne.
What's lovely hotel and a beautiful city. Wish we had booked for longer.
Everything about the hotel, from check in to check out was impeccable. Staff friendly, room clean & comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of food & beverages. The hotel in general was beautifully decorated & well maintained.
We had a short walk into the city for our evening meal, and found a lovely floating restaurant on the River Yonne, again superb!
Overall we had a wonderful experience & we will definitely return.

Husband and I stayed here overnight at the start and end of,our cycling holiday.
Staff were welcoming and spoke good English. Our room, on 2nd floor, was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioner worked well. The bed was comfortable but a little on the small side. It was a double but we are used to a king size.
Breakfast is tasty with a good variety of food.

I stayed here with my elderly mother in July 2017. The rooms were nice air conditioned and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We intend to stay next year...thank you for making our stay with you so comfortable!!
