Got in late at night after long road trip. Weird vibs right away. Check inn took forever. Don't know why they took photo of our divers licenses.. Pics online looked way better than rooms condition. Then shortly after getting settled in, there was constantly knocking at door. Looked like three different men in rotation, caller cops and left no refund..

Our house burned down we didnt have hard copy of our licence which if the pastor (who was nice enough to help us with a place for the night) wasnt there they would not of rented the night. There was no sitting place in room, tv was so small couldnt see or are from the bed which waS the spit to sit...in morning my car would not start they came out said ..you bo be here you must leave...very rude, very cold....called the cops cause it took us to long to get my car jumped.. What a joke... these people have no business running Any kind of anything, especially anything to do with the public...horrible people, horrible stay...just RUDE..MADE ME CRY..LIKE WE HAVENT LOST ENOUGH..NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHAT BAD SERVICE AND HORRIBLE TREATMENT WE RECIEVED WHEN OUR PLACE AND EVERYTHING IN IT BURNED TO THE GROUND...I HOPE THEY NEVER FEEL THE WAY THEY MADE US FEEL..ILL PRAY FOR THEM...

The rooms were clean, but a bit sparse. The floors were hardwood,which would be nice, but not good when someone is above you. Everyone sounded very heavy footed. The people at check in were very nice. Not sure that this is a place I would stay at again.

I came to Longview for a business trip. I stayed here for two nights- the rooms were clean with brand new hardwood flooring microwave fridge and flat screen tv. The price was affordable, I will be returning back next time I come back to Longview.

I paid $240.00 for three nights. I think I was ripped off!
You know there's going to be stains on hotel carpets. But when you're afraid to take off your shoes you know it's a bad room. Nasty floors. I bet they haven't cleaned them in months!
The smell was horrible! Like someone sprayed cheap air freshener to cover up the smell of urine and BO.
I pulled the blankets off the bed to check for bugs. No bugs, but blood and yellow stains on the comforter.
Everytime I tried to use the microwave it would flip the breaker and we would loose power in half the room.
Exposed wires in the baseboard heater in the bathroom.
No room service! I had to empty our own trash and buy our own towels. The trash bins outside the rooms were over flowing.
They said no refunds or we would've stayed at another place.
One star only because they had flat screen TV's, microwave and mini fridge.
Adding this a day later....
They charged me an additional $25.00 for a broken toilet seat... are you kidding me right now? I'm beyond angry!
Total cost = $265.00 for three days in the worst hotel ever!
