Recently attended a wedding at the Hyatt at the Bellevue. The cocktail hour and the reception were marvelous. Food was great and service perfect. We could not have been happier.
We spent the night and had a comfortable room that was well kept. The hotel is old and so shows some wear but all was pleasant for us.
We did breakfast at the hotel. We chose the breakfast buffet and were pleased with the quality and choices.
The front desk reception personnel, the bellman, and the parking attendants were all gracious and competent.

This was an overall good hotel, but the room given was horrible at best. I asked for a quite room as I was tired after a long day of traveling. What did I get? A room next to the stairs where the lights beamed into my room lighting it up. The shutters did not help. Also, ALL NIGHT long, some motor was running where the fan was hitting something causing a constant piercing noise preventing me from getting much sleep. Ughhhhhh!

Had a business meeting here at the hotel. Very comfortable. Great location. Only 2 elevators, so you might have to wait for a ride up to your room, but thats the only negative. Very close to City Hall and within walking distance (long walk) of the historical sites.

We had a quick weekend getaway, and this was just perfect!!! We could walk (easily) to an array of shopping and dining options, and skip right over to the historic district. The rooms are larger than one would anticipate (having been built over a century ago). However the infrastructure has been lovingly updated - great climate control, security and a fun top-level club foe an evening nightcap. The architecture is not to be overlooked... stroll the 12th flor conservatory, shop with inside access to shops and enjoy the kind hospitality of their keenly selected staff. We will be back!

Facility was very poor. Despite renovation facility very tired. Elevator service unacceptable. Food terrible. Best part of hotel was the staff. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable
