This is fine if you are flying out the next day. It is NOT a "Harbor" Hotel. It's at an AIRPORT. Cost quite a bit to taxi to town for dinner and then back. View of the runways - no harbor. Wish I had been told exactly what it was. Opted for it for a birthday Boston weekend celebration. Embarrassed to say the least.

We've just had 4 nights in the beautiful hotel, the room are large & spacious & was immaculately cleaned every day, we had a Harbour view room, which by day was gorgeous & breath-taking by night, don't be put off this hotel due to its distance from the city, transportation is very efficient.
There is a free Hyatt shuttle bus that will collect you & drop off from/to the airport terminal, this same bus will run you to 'Airport' station on the Blue line Metro system, this Hyatt bus will also collect you but if you don't want to wait then take the number 66 MBTA bus from right outside the Metro station which drops you right beside the hotel, transfer from the Airport terminal or Metro are just a few minutes ride.
Once on the Metro it's only minutes away from the city, it cost us just over $21 each for a weekly combined Metro & bus ticket.
The hotel also offers a once only trip on the water taxi (it has to be taken from the hotel across to the Harbour at 11am), we did this & it was great fun.
This hotel will not disappoint you, really friendly & helpful staff too.

Very disappointed in both stays. Came here for a short weekend. Stayed Friday and Sunday night's. Hotel is beautiful, but the basics do not meet typical Hyatt standards. Plumbing desperately needs updating. Both rooms had the same problem, so I'm not sure how they would have remedied it if all the rooms have old plumbing. For me, I'm pretty simple in terms of expectations. As long as the room is clean and has a nice bathroom, I'm great. However, showering in a pool of standing water is not my idea of clean and quality. It just doesn't meet typical Hyatt standards from my years of experience with their loyalty program. I give it 3 stars because Hyatt has always been reliable to me, and this is such an easy thing to fix.

Being located across from the City, the Hyatt benefits from a breathtaking view and an unbeatable proximity to the airport which makes it a perfect spot for business trip or business meetings. The staff is absolutely great with suggestions to color your stay. My pick was to go to my business meeting with a Taxi boat. Invigorating crossing with the unique smell of the ocean and the seagulls cruising by. I had forgotten how good it was to be close to the Ocean and the Hyatt is almost touching it.
The bar benefits also of the view and it lifts your spirit in the evening.
I’ll be back for more of this atmosphere.

Has excellent views across Boston harbor, efficient and rapid courtesy bus sErvice, comfortable well-appointed rooms, quality staff and a fine restaurant with an eclectic menu. Especially recommend the Caesar salad with shrimp.
