We have been members of the Hyatt Coconut Plantation for quite a few years. The staff here is wonderful, the ambiance is perfect and the setting is outstanding. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all and still be int he middle of everything -- this is the place. The pools and lazy river are well maintained and the food service around the pools and at the tiki bars are a pleasant surprise.

This was our second visit to the resort, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The pools and lazy river make Coconut Plantation a perfect destination for all. The grounds are beautifully manicured, and the rooms are large and decorated with the Floridian flair. A large bathroom complete with a double vanity provides ample space for all my beauty needs. Easy parking and a friendly staff complete the picture. Coconut Plantation is a must stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at the resort after Hurricane Irma. We had no electricity in Naples. The resort offered a hurricane evacuee rate which was a significant discount off their regular rate. We were so thankful that the resort was open and the employees were gracious and accommodating to our family. They set up a special movie for the kids one night and even made popcorn of them. Rey, the GM of the property, checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. We would come back here without hesitation. Thank you so much Hyatt Coconut Plantation.

This is a hard review to write because the hotel is a fantastic place but starting to show some age. The good, great staff, great balcony's, fantastic pool and lazy river, good ride to the beach and a super place to stay but:
The not so good. Room was very dirty, had hair in the bathroom and even on the bed. Three light bulbs were out and we had to call to get them fixed. They did come quick. Some of the furniture is showing some age and when you enter your room the doors look like someone has hit them with a hammer. Again a great property, but when the room is that dirty I have to lower the rating, clean rooms are very important to me.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. It's not at the beach, but I think they make up for it with the size and beauty of the pool area. My young children had the time of their lives in the pools there. It was not crowded despite the hotel being nearly full.
The private beach felt like a little bit of a hassle, with the trolley ride then the boat ride. You have to schedule a departure time. But once we got there it was truly gorgeous and tranquil. I felt immediately relaxed. There were plenty of loungers with umbrellas set up. My only complaint about this hotel was that the beach shuts down so early. We had to leave there by 4:15 in the summer. I wish they would extend that at least until 6. The sun is too strong earlier in the day and the gulf coast is most beautiful near sunset.
The room itself was very large, super clean, and with an understated upscale feeling. The master bathroom was incredible. This hotel only has one real restaurant, but there are others at the adjacent hotel. There are plenty of options nearby outside of the resort as well.
I should also mention that all staff were top notch with excellent service. Especially the front desk.
