The hotel is right outside the airport, but was very quiet. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from. There was 2% milk, skim milk, and almond milk on the breakfast bar. There was maple syrup and mixed berry compote for the pancakes. The desk was a good height for working, and there were enough outlets for the number of electronics I brought. However the sink was not in a separate room which might be uncomfortable for some people (single king room).

The hotel was clean, well-kept and the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was pretty decent. I did have to wait on hold for a long time to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Staff was very apologetic about the wait.
The wireless internet in my room was extremely slow and may have been the room I was in since the speed in the lobby was fine.
When traveling I try to use the fitness center. Their equipment is very nice compared to most hotel's fitness equipment I’ve used. The fitness center is a little small and equipment is limited so plan on an early or late workout if you don’t want to wait for equipment

My biggest disappointment was that my stay was short, only for one night. I wish I was able to stay longer.

Hotel was ok
Management and front desk are rude, condescending and incompetent (I say this politely).
Went to NM for a very important business trip and booked 4 suite rooms. Received no help from staff when trying to identify where our delivered packages were located (found in the laundry room 2 hours later when management said that no such packages were ever delivered). Then the management at the receptionist desk was PISSED that I woke him up from his nap in the lobby to have him open a door. Complained the whole way through. Honestly the cleaning staff deserves the management jobs. They actually tried to help us with any problem we had. Then I recently had to call the hotel to send me my booking invoice. I had to call FIVE times - and front desk/management actually had an attitude and complained to me because THEY could not send me the proper documents. I have never in my life stayed at a place were staff didn't provide even the teeniest bit of customer service - whether understaffed or not.
If you just need a quick place to stay - there are about 3 other hotels in that same circle.

Vent in room is covered in dust. Carpets are filthy. Lobby restrooms at 7:20am had no toilet paper in any stalls, trash was full. Lobby floors are filthy. This place is dirty and they mask the issues by overloading the lobby with fragrance. If you don’t care about cleanliness and just want an affordable place- this is your hotel.

Great place to stay convenient to the airport. You can just about walk over. My room faced away from the airport, but I spoke with a guy with room facing the airport and he was ok with the plane noise which ended in early night and did not start up again until 5am.
