We were there for our daughter’s wedding so the whole family stayed there. The rooms were very nice and very affordable especially with our discount. I would definitely recommend this place. We most likely be staying there next time we come back to Ohio.

Friendly, clean and convenient. Thank you for rescuing us from the tired and mundane. Modern and clean with super helpful staff that are friendly and went above and beyond. Easy access and wonderful comfy room with king size bed and large walk-in shower. Giant TV and great little suite arrangement with a fabulous L-shaped sofa. Kitchenette with sink, all counters are black granite and there is an iron with ironing board. Don't miss breakfast! Top shelf buffet with Starbucks and Seattle's Best coffees. AAAAA+++++

Sofa bed is crap, couch cushions uncomfortable... pillows are very flat!Electrical Outlets most were unserviceable. Bath room inaccessible due to getting in and out of the bathroom without fighting the door. No microwave and breakfast was below par for what you would expect from the Hyatt... False advertising of using Starbucks coffee. No powdered creamer for non lactose customers. Regardless of hyatts performances... The employees did a good job to accommodate the down falls... This location can do a lot more to live up to the Hyatt standards and charge for the room... time for them to put money back into the hotel... Keep the employees. Not there fault!

The Hyatt Place Cincinnati-Northeast is consistently a great place to stay. The hotel is maintained very well, is updated, the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and clean. 2 thumbs up!

Exceptional staff, they went above and beyond. Extremely friendly and helpful, everyone always had a smile on their face. Clean and comfortable rooms, great location. Had 13 people on trip and they did everything to accommodate me and our guests.
