I had an excellent stay with very clean room and great staff. This was my second time at this hotel and would definitely choose this place again if I'm in the area! I like the breakfast that is included. Very pleasant experience.

A top notch hotel, used several times for business and have always encountered exceptional service. Breakfast was excellent as well. Clean modern comfortable rooms. One of my favorite places to stay! Lots of dining and shopping nearby.

I have been to this hotel twice and both times the service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was superb! My daughter attends FGCU and we will try to stay here everytime we visit.

Me and my dog where forced to leave our house during Hurricane Irma. We got on a waiting list at the Hyatt, and got in! And stayed for 11 days until power was restored. I'd like to thank especially the hurricane staff and management for making peace out of chaos...thank you! The hotel is very clean and quiet...I slept like a baby. A good hot breakfast is included. The hotel is located is a very nice shopping center with plenty of good restaurants and not far from beaches and the RSW airport. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My partner, Mark and I are film makers, and we travel often for work. Our days are pretty high impact. We chose this hotel after a very long, arduous and hot day, and we were looking forward to a shower and some wind down time. The housekeeping staff member that had tended the room must have been preoccupied, because there were some obvious oversights. We'd already started working on a data transfer that couldn't be interrupted, so moving rooms wasn't an option. The housekeeping staff had gone for the day, so Chase stepped up, rolled up his sleeves, went the extra (10) miles, and detailed the bathroom, going well above and beyond. It was humbling to see this young man step out of his role and exemplify the Hyatt brand. Well done Chase! You're a gem!
