The Hyatt is in a perfect place to be in for me. Clean rooms,good food, employees are very helpful. Gives Military discount, a lot of parking. But only one ice machine and it's on the third floor, they do need more. And better TV channels Tried to see the U of A football game and we couldn't get that channel I missed the game.

Request a room away from freeway, the traffic noise is very loud.The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. Did eat at the hotel an the food was good. Really the only complaint was the noise from the freeway, Would consider staying again.

I stayed twice in one month at this location. Check in was friendly each time. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Shower is nice. No issues with the WiFi while on site. AC blew nice cold air the entire time.
Hotel is right off the interstate with easy access to all of Phoenix, however there are some pretty big/rough speed bumps you climb to get to the hotel.
Breakfast was good but they often ran out of items, dishes and silverware. Makes me feel like they want you to just give up and purchase one of their premium items from the bar area. There was also a problem with one of the elevators but that was rectified on the same day.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Phoenix.

Great, efficient and friendly service and very clean. Food was great. They make a very good latte and the staff was great. It’s close to good restaurants and a family fun park. I would recommend it!! Also has a nice and clean pool!

Stayed here for a week on a business trip. The front desk staff was amazingly friendly and always available for help. They always greeted me when coming or going, which was really nice for this level of hotel.
The breakfast was pretty good too. There were a number of healthy options like almond milk, quinoa bake, and dark berries (strawberries, blackberries, etc). Glad to see hotels starting to come around to things other than eggs and grease sausage.
The housekeeping was terrible though. The carpet was so dirty that my socks turned black just from walking around in the room. Many of the room toiletries were missing and/or not refreshed (soaps, shampoos, etc) and there was no pen/paper in the room (which I missed for business conference call notes). The alarm clock also wasn't working and the electric outlets kept popping the breaker.
Overall, would be a nicer hotel if housekeeping was up to par.
