Terrible housekeeping
Christine Non 20/11/2017 21:28We always stay at this hotel and usually have no issues but this time it was terrible. Room not made up, even after being brought to their attention...dirty coffee cups left on counter, bed not made up! Worst stay here ever!!

I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication between the hotel and the bride and groom regarding accomodations and shuttling to and from hotel to the wedding venue. I have always held Hyatt hotels in high regards, but going forward I will choose to stay anywhere but. When multiple attempts to contact the hotel were made to ask about transportation for the wedding guests, I was given an "I don't know" answer from the woman on the phone. I asked if that was the best answer she could give me, and she followed with "yes". I truly feel bad for the bride and groom and based on this experience, I would not stay at another Hyatt again.

276jilleon 18/11/2017 14:34Liked that our room had a seating area with couch. Bed comfortable but I thought the pillows were too soft and flat (I prefer a firmer pillow). Shower and toilet area are very small. However, sink area is separated from the bathroom which is a good thing. Good variety of foods for breakfast.
Stay en route home
tfd821on 18/11/2017 13:35We travelled from Hilton Head Island, on route to North of Toronto. It's a grind of a drive, but the 2nd day is much easier. The hotel was recently updated, the king room was great. Beds are comfy, all the amenities you need. Would highly recommend.

H4850CMmichaelpon 16/11/2017 16:52Staff was excellent. The front desk check-in was easy and considerate. Ice machines were on every other floor. So, the front filled our ice at the bar without and hesitations. We are now considering staying with Hyatt more often.
