Lots of street noise, soiled unchanged sheets, messy breakfast area. Staff refused to change our room when we complained. We will never stay at the Riverside Hyatt again. For our next trip to Riverside we'll be staying at the Mission Inn.

Appteviated the well thought out handicapped accessible room we had. Very comfortable beds and plush towels. Courteous, helpful staff. Easy, close parking. Safe area. Adjacent to area attractions and activities.

I had to walk to get my car in a different structure because there was no valet in the morning. No good indication on how to get in the parking lot and where my car was. I ended up to walk 2 blocks with my bags...And i specifically asked about it the night before. This got me late to work in the morning. I should have parked in the street instead of paying 12$ for this service

My husband and I stayed her overnight on our wedding night ( yet another WAY late review). We were married at the crestmore manor nearby and wanted something in this old town area of riverside that wasn't too expensive since we'd already spent a ton on the wedding and honeymoon. This hotel was beautiful, clean, elegant, comfortable, centrally located to a great area to walk around and explore the small but enjoyable old town area of riverside. The breakfast was great and staff was excellent.

I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt; it was a little rocky at check-in but the rest of the stay was extremely good. The maid service was outstanding and they were very friendly; and the breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and fresh. The elevator was a little slow to be only five floors. I would recommend this hotel.
