Perfect for parents visiting their kids at the university! Spacious rooms with that could accommodate a family. Good hot breakfast included. Free shuttle service to airport, shopping, the university, ......

I️ would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the airport (free shuttle), close to shopping and restaurants. Under 10 mins to get downtown. Best part was the staff. Everyone was great in helping get our wedding party organized. Would definitely stay there again

The staff was friendly and courteous. They were short handed, but the service was the same as normal. Sylvia was very helpful in the evening and always smiling. Robert made sure myself and my students were taken care of. Isabel and Jennifer were very helpful and prompt in opening the meeting room and making sure everything was going well.

We stayed there for a total of 12 days. The rooms were immaculate. It was our home away from home. Jennifer was super helpful and accommodating. Robert was a friendly welcoming face every day. Cynthia and Liliana talked to us every morning at breakfast to see how we were doing. Everyone there went beyond what was expected. We will definitely be coming back here when we are in town next.

I have to say, this was one of the most uncomfortable hotels I have stayed out in the US. It is on par with a motel I stayed at a couple months ago that cost $50/night. The hotel smells moldy and stale, the bed was super hard in the middle of the bed and sloped off to the sides, and the room smelled bad as well. The thing that really got me is that my stay was in the second week of November, but both elevators showed that their safety certification expired o n September 21st. All-in-all a very disappointing experience. I will make sure to insist that my company never has me stay at this hotel again!
