I woke up the first morning and thought I was actually in my own bed! That says it all. We loved the room darkening shades and the bathroom was gorgeous! The furniture, desk, bed and TV stand were particularly pretty. The workout room was the BEST I have ever experienced at a hotel. It had kettle bells, yoga mats, exercise balls, cold towels, water cooler and excellent cardio machines.

The hotel was nice and clean with wonderful amenities. In addition to my super comfy room, the location of the hotel was perfect. The Metro is right next to the hotel so the rest of the Washington DC area is easily accessible. It is located right in central Bethesda so there are a LOT of dining options available for just about every type of food.

The fees for parking were not properly advertised. Convenience deliveries to out room were very delayed (3 calls to the desk). The lack of a simple fee breakfast would be a nice upgrade. The meal prices are extremely high.

I stayed at this hotel in a beautiful room with great amenities. great Guest Lounge. Host Hotel staff was very accommodating. We stayed a total of three nights. Our room was very clean and up-to-date and housekeeping was on top of things. The bar / restaurant a great low-key spot to end the night, they served food later than normal when the Metro ran later than we thought. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Washington DC it is so close in proximity to the metro and all the points of interest.

Just a quick trip to Bethesda to attend a jazz concert at the local Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper club. This hotel was close by.
I visited accompanied by my service dog, which apparently caused the hotel to give me a room for the disabled. I would have demurred had my stay been longer.
The rooms look to have been recently refurbished - the main hotel entrance was inaccessible due to construction works.
Despite my Diamond status with Hyatt I was still charged an access fee for the internet service. The wifi login is confusing and unhelpful.
Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. Hotel is easy to access from DCA via the Metro, with the Bethesda station just outside the hotel.
