We have staid several times at this hotel and every time it has been a great experience with no complains. We come to Boston often for my daughter's medical needs and this hotel is perfect in location in the city, close to everything and the service is amazing

Everyone I interacted with was lovely and the location was convenient. However, my room was just odd, annoying, and uncomfortable. The design, as reviewer Ivor C summarized, was poorly designed. I don't know if any thought was given to sound insulation but I could hear every door that open or shut on my hallway -- and the flow of air would even rattle my door a little, making it sound like someone was coming in -- and I could tell what commercial the neighbors were watching. There was an in-room cooler instead of a fridge, the Keurig pods provided by the hotel were all decaf (??!!) and the TV remote didn't work, even after I called the front desk and they sent up a new remote. I probably would not have stayed here if I weren't a member of the rewards program and after this I'll be sure not to again.

Hyatt Regency Boston staff and hotel is outstanding!! I highly recommend!! My trip to Boston was for a medical appointment for my daughter. My wife and two sons couldn’t come with us so it was dad and two young daughters solo. The staff was so caring and considerate. They were helpful with everything! Furthermore, the facilities are impeccable!

Great location, great view, but clearly not what it once was and needs attention. Tired, poor sanitary conditions. Bed ok, but not particularly comfortable. Good restaurant and food. But biggest complaint is shower looked like it was full of mold. Closer inspection it was peeling paint that very noticeable. Don't know how they would permit someone to occupy this, maybe its one of those lower priced motel at high price value

I only started staying at Hyatt properties in October of this year, on a quick trip to Orlando. That single experience completely changed my expectations around what a hotel experience should be. I used to think I was a Marriott person. Well, I was wrong. Hyatt is far & away superior in every category. The Hyatt Regency Boston was a wonderful place to call home for a week. Excellent breakfast, attentive staff, fantastic location...
