Shannon at check in and check out was amazing. she gave me the room on the 18th floor they give you alot of free items there just ask. its not cheap, its good stuff. the location isnt bad, you have to pay for parking. all i can say is ill be back and it was a gamble from hotwire and i feel super happy that i did it.

Just a very, totally average experience. Nothing remarkable. Plan on walking around a lot or taking a cab because there's nothing close whatsoever to the hotel for entertainment or dining. Room service food again was just completely average.

Nice room, great location (no need to walk outside to McCormick). Good vibe, well done rooms. Separate door to shower/toilet from open sink area. Plenty of outlets, desk. Drapes that block out light. Clean. If in area, or need south side of Chicago hotel - this is a good choice.

Very convenient hotel of the McCormick place. Room was perfect, clean, comfortable with nice amenities. If, however you want to get downtown in Chicago to the Loop area, it is about a $5 ride on the train, or a $18-20 Uber ride.

Zach the desk attendant was very curt and not very nice. I had 2 awful encounters with him and never saw a smile (before I even said a word). He had a bad attitude and did not care about my inconveniences. Aside from his service or lack there of I had a great mommy getaway. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice view!
