good stay at conference hotel . maybe a bit out of the way of the town but convenient for the exhibition. have a useful display of activities that may be relevant in the front lobby.. so we found out about santana row which is jut an uber ride away.

Since I have stayed at virtually every Hyatt property in the entire SF Bay area,
I can say that for good reason I have frequented this Hyatt the most over
several years. In the past, while I was a Diamond member they would
almost roll out the red carpet when I stay for a weekend during the recession.
More recently, they still excel at most things. The brunch buffet is quite good &
the pool area is fantastic. As opposed to the SF proper Hyatts, the parking
here is generally free.
They do a good job of accommodating special requests & are almost aways
very friendly. It is always a pleasure to recognized by some of the senior
staff.
The rooms are comfy & generally quite pleasant.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The room key did not always work in the elevators. This was the only downfall. Otherwise, great atmosphere. Will be back at this hotel. The parking garage was a little far if you have a lot of luggage and do not use the bell man.

We stayed for 4 days as we were attending the North American Bengali Conference (NABC) at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Outside the large glass window the palm trees swayed their heads in the wind. The staff is cooperative, and we ate some delicious salads and ham croissants. But they really need to work a bit harder while preparing the bills during check out. We faced a major confusion.

The Hyatt regency is in a good location. It obviously caters to business conferences and visitors traveling in for the 49ers.
We were here one night so we did not get a chance to use many of the facilities.
Parking is free, which is nice, but during check in it can get congested.
No complaints on the staff, they all did their jobs.
The rooms are clean and modern with places to plug in electronics on the bedside.
Beds are on the firm side.
We had a room with views of the stadium. My football loving husband enjoyed this a great deal. We were able to watch people filling in the stadium on game day.
Pool and hot tub are nice. There were plenty of towels poolside.
This Hyatt can be a good deal for the right price. It is exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
