Very central hotel close to some of the tourist attractions like the CN Tower, Rippley Aquarium, Chinatown. The staff particularly the concierge area were very friendly and very helpful with information regarding good restaurants, street directions and shopping areas. The Hotel is a little dated and could do with a bit of refurbishment. We had a room on the top floor with a city view however it had a very noisy ventilator in the foyer.

The hotel is located in the entertainment district but really close to all attractions. Cleanliness and service are good as most hotel of this price range. But that's all. The breakfast was horrible. I could not even bite into the bacon. The majority of egg and meat products were dry. I did not bother to go to the buffet breakfast after the first morning even I have already paid for the other 2 mornings'. The lay out of the room was bare bone. Not worth the money I paid. My husband said it was like motel 6 but cleaner. Thus we paid around $400 each night. Very expensive for what we got.

Just had an opportunity to stay at the Hyatt in Toronto over night. Wished I had more time, enjoyed the hotel, great room and staff were excellent to deal with! Check out was sent to my phone. I arrived early and not a problem to check in early. Definitely a great experience.

After a long day of travel, arrived at the hotel at 230am. I had prepaid for the room, but when I arrived the front desk told me the hotel was sold out. They didn't give me a courtesy call because "sometimes people don't show up" ... did I mention I prepaid? They arranged for a room at another hotel but not sure why that had to happen while I stood in their lobby at 2:30am instead of while I was in my uber from the airport (which could have taken me to the alternate hotel). Can't imagine trusting them with my business again ... really poor customer experience.

Simply put, it is the best location, the best food, best shopping, theatre...you can walk anywhere you want to go, close to transit...the staff are warm and welcoming. Great bar, excellent food, Starbucks in lobby. The rooms are very well-appointed. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
