The Pool is being refurbished as of October 27th 2017. Room was nice, bed comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. Great location, not too far from Magic Mountain, right next to a mall with all the major chains. Nice area, felt safe coming and going from the parking garage late at night.

This Hyatt Regency hotel seems to be an elderly hotel. Service and friendliness of the staff members was ok. But they need to refurbish their interior, especially of the rooms, urgently! But nevertheless you could notice, that some renovation is going on in this hotel. I booked one of their suites, which was clean so far, but not spacious enough and in my mind did not deserve to be called a suite! Breakfast was below average only, they didn‘t offer a wide selection of breakfast ingredients.

Great location which is close to shopping center, entertainment and Magic Mountain. The hotel is very clean, safe environment with courteous staff. I enjoy my stay there every month and have never been disappointed.

This hotel is right outside of the Magic Mountain property and is surrounded by great food options.
The staff is always accommodating to any request and go out of their way to make you feel important.

I began coming here for medical treatments for the past 4 years. I am a breast cancer patient. I have traveled the world to many amazing places and stayed at many 5 star hotels. I fell in love with the Grand Hyatt and all their incredible staff, cozy beds, delicious food, and upscale accommodations in a smaller town. The people care and show you they do, Always with a smile! Their breakfast buffet food and service are impeccable! They will make fresh omelettes, pancakes etc so they are piping hot.
