There was absolutely nothing wrong with this accommodation. I can't say there was anything ahead of expectations, but certainly nothing wrong.
Hyde Park Suites is conveniently located within 2-5 minutes walking distance of Queensway (Central Lines) and Bayswater (Circle/District Lines), giving you prime access to the centre of London. Queensway itself is a pretty busy shopping and restaurant area, boasting Pizza Hut, Bella Italia, many independent restaurants and shops, convenient Tesco/Sainsbury stores - all in all it's well placed.
The accommodation, though reasonably basic, is perfectly sufficient. Depending on what you book, you'll get a pretty comfy bed, a well appointed kitchenette (toaster, microwave, fridge, hob, cutlery, crockery) and an en-suite shower. Check in/out is easy, though slightly impersonal; you'll likely not see another member of staff during your whole visit, but this is more due to the type of accommodation this is.
We only had two gripes for the stay. Firstly, our shower had two settings; scalding and cold. Admittedly, we did not mention this as it felt more like a fundamental issue with the controls than anything, but we accept that the hotel would likely have resolved this quickly had we mentioned it. Secondly, the windows are quite thin - you'll hear traffic quite clearly and it is a busy street - ear plugs (from your local, convenient Boots store) will be a godsend for you here. Additionally, it was a bit of an inconvenience to have the light switches for the room located by the bathroom - the walk back is fraught with peril as the bed has sharp corners perfectly positioned to crack your ankles....I have two wounds to prove! Would be much better to have lighting controls by the bed in addition!
Overall we have no real complaints with this accommodation, but equally we wouldn't be able to pick anything out to make it "special". It was functional, exactly as described and, for the money, perfectly fine for our purposes. I can't say we'd stay here again, but we don't regret having stayed there for our little break.

If all you want is a decent room with a table and tv and cooking facilities then this is a great option.
This is not a place for a special stay and this is reflected in the price

As we were only staying the one night Hyde Park Suites was fine for our stay. The room was small and didn’t look like photos we’d previously seen when booking but it was okay. Beds were fairly comfortable and bathroom was clean and modern.
However, we were lucky we’d only brought rucksacks and a small case as we had to ascend about 6/7 very narrow, very steep stair cases. When checking in at Number 30 the concierge was pretty miserable and told us to head down the street to Number 73 and walk up 4 flights. Check out was far friendlier and booked a taxi for us.
The stay was okay but had I been with my older parents they would have struggled with stairs.
Good location for tube and plenty of eateries and local supermarkets around.
However, not sure I would stay again.

I booked this for two nights for my partner and myself. Photos and description of the apartments certainly is misleading. Cramped, very small and no kitchen area which we had booked also. The location is very good however being in close proximity to the town and tube stations, however we would not recommend or be staying in future.

Nice area. Close to two underground stations. Nice people at reception, check in was quick. There is no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, you have to drag this up narrow stairs.
Room was small, with cooking possibilities.
Reception was only open at specific times, so since i had to leave early i was assuming there was a drop of box to put the keys in, but there was nothing. Felt it was a bit strange just to leave the key at the door.
I could stay here again if i need a central place and cheap one night stay.
