I visited second time. As there was some awesome factor last time. Last time there was light in Reception Area, Door Glasses were clean. There was no mouse on lobby and Room paint was up to date. This time it was missing. Last time there was wow factor in breakfast. this time it was just ok. Nothing special for vegetarian senior citizen. A/C control was not working we called help desk twice to off and On Room AC. It was too cold when we said them to if it is possible to increase temperature but they were unable to do that. So we said them to stop AC but after some time when suffocation increased then we said them to start AC again as there is no window in room. My 72 years mom was very uncomfortable. So I can give verdict that Hotel is not comfortable for Senior Citizen. Not even room and not even breakfast.
One more thing i saw in hotel gallery, people were putting their dirt utensils in lobby after eating meal in their room. It was really bad to see. If hotel management could provide service where guest can call room service to clean dining then other guest can feel good in hotel.
But I like the Hotel Location, room ambience, service because whenever we called them they provided service on time. three Star is good rating for this visit, I know they can improve this.
I will request Hotel management to pay attention to improve service for senior citizen. Improve AC controlling system.

Hotel is a part of mall. Rooms are nice and big. Hot and cold water is there in washroom. Rooms are clean and nice. It take 20 mins in cab to reach railway station to hotel. Staffs are co-operative. Food price is too much high. Overall experience is good.

Had another great stay at the Meerut Hypen Premier. The hotel is always welcoming and you can't beat the location. Great breakfast and food service available till 11pm. Super employees who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Specially, Daman and Mansi from front desk office staff. Not a single complain i made. I can't recommend this hotel enough and can't wait for my next visit.

Just returned from stay at this neat, clean, pleasant hotel. Fully impressed with the size of the suites and the ammenities afforded. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Buffet service was fresh and delicous and has a lot of varieties. Its Right on the shoulder of the highway with sufficient parking space. Still complete peace in room and quick room service. Also have a big shopping mall just at a walking distance. I surely book it for second time and strongly recommend.

Reception behaviour is excellent - All query has been resolved and helping nature staff room ambience is excellent- staff behaviour is excellent . great staying experience .
Foods are goods,
Hyphen premiere ambience is good .
