Worst hotel stay ever!

The hotel rents cheap rooms with private WC, climatisation, free wifi and a supplement for breakfast, the minimum we were happy to have. We weren't expecting the best, but neither the worst... the wifi was not working, the air conditioner either, and it was not possible to open the window because of the smell of the industries surrounding the hotel.
The room was old and poorly maintained, the carpets and shower were stained, the bed top cover stinky.
The bed white sheets and the towels were clean (luckiely).
It is also important to mention that the hotel has a secured free parking place and is quite close to the center of Arles for people traveling with a car.
Disappointing

Bedroom carpet was stained, the chair & stool cushions stained, supposed to be none smoking but very strong tobacco & other bed smell. Complained to receptionist & asked for another bedroom, advised all were of the same standard. We did not stay due to the state of the bedroom/bathroom. Suppose to be free wifi as per advert, but not available.
Far away from everything, very old and dirty hotel. Very disappointing experience.

The hotel is far away, in a residential/industrial neighborhood.
The rooms are awful. In our room, there was a disgusting smell coming from the bathroom pipes. The carpet was completely dirty with stains. And the worst thing we got bed bugs from the bed, and I'm allergic in general; we are still fighting the bugs at home.
Please do not come to this hotel under any circumstance.
A nice hotel for one night or two

We stayed in this hotel for a night. There is a car park in front of the hotel, the room was nice and clean, the bathroom needs to be repaired, the person at the front desk was very kind and friendly. About the location - the hotel is a bit away from the city center, impossible to walk, a car needed.
Not a nice experience

We chose this hotel because there was no other option during the opening week of the Rencontres d'Arles. The hotel is probably best for very short stays when one needs a break from driving. Otherwise it is really not a good option for exploring the town. It is located far away from the centre in an industrial area. No restaurants nearby, nothing to see, but close to the highway and a super market.
It is a two-star hotel but honestly we thought it was depressing. It doesn't have to be expensive in order to be nice. The breakfast hall was the ugliest and saddest ever. We felt like we were in a forgotten retirement home. Old shabby furniture, yellow walls, yellow doors, smelly carpets, very small rooms and tiny shower corner. Just not worth the price you pay. Staff was nice and WiFi was free, but overall not a nice or pleasant stay. Go to this hotel only if you have no other option. Otherwise please go somewhere else.
