This 3 stars hotel is located in the middle of everything.Restaurants and pubs as neighbor. Old city, Nice etoile, Lafayette, flour and antique market in 5 to 10 minutes walking. Promenade anglais 2 minutes etc. Bus to Cap 3000 or to airport at 2 minutes. Had a large room with balcony, was super. Staff very nice and price very democratic, except the price for breakfast(15 euro)is a little bit exaggerated.

However the location is just perfect if you want to live in the center of Nice. The standard is just what you can expect at this level I guess. Breakfast buffet is the same just reaching the expected level. The amount of fresh fruit is very limited and other ingredients not the highest quality. I did actually expect a little more for €14 per day. By the way no fitness! (Or other services just the bare minimum)
All in all an average (a little under) experience

Clean hotel with a great view of the Main Street. It is close to everything and the staff are very helpful. Plus free wifi. On one of the days of our stay the hotel unexpectedly lost power but the staff were great and were on top of it straight away. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to everyone. Love Nice, such a beautiful place.

Great location short walk to the promenade and loads of restaurants in the area but thats all. Very small room with little furniture to speak of and very weird carpet not very nice to walk on .Staff did seem friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic Its a 3 star budget Hotel so keep that in mind and would probably choose another Hotel if going back to Nice

The location was great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was tres bien!! We had a little bit of trouble with wifi, but I think that we had it a little better, considering we were over the main lobbey. Beds were comfortable
