Perfect location for old town and beach front. Reception staff friendly nothing too much trouble. Great meet and greet gave a really good first impression which lasted throughout our 4night stay with all members of staff. Lovely bar setting prices not bad for city bar. Upgraded room which was a lovely surprise. Room cleaned to a really good standard Breakfast amazing both cooked and continental replenished constantly. We would definitely stay here again

We were 4 days in Nice and staying at this hotel, excelent accomodation conditions, very good central location, very good breakfast. We payed for a double executive room as we were with our 11 years daughter and they upraded us to a Junior Suite Room... thanks a lot Ellington Nice for this and for doing everything to make our staying nice... We would return there !!! Excelent !!!

We stayed there in April 2017 for 5 nights. We were a bit disappointed by the hotel condition based on the ratings and reviews that we read on it. The rooms and hotel is run down and in need of face lift. Carpets in the hallways are completely old. Breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Stayed for three nights towards the end of October. We booked an executive room and it looked nothing like the one advertised on the hotels website. The room was very tired and required updating plus I wouldn't have given guest such thread bare towels. That said, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was good too. The main public areas were well presented and the staff were friendly throughout. The continental breakfast was average and the breakfast area could get crowded. The hotel itself is in a good location and you can easily walk to the promenade, shops or train station within a few minutes. Nice is a good base to visit Monaco and Cannes too. Overall the hotel is fine but I would rate it more as a three star rather than four star.

We just spent a wonderful few days in Nice staying at the Hotel Ellington. Located just 5 minutes from the main locations and tram stops. The staff are all really friendly especially the barman who serves up a mean cocktail 😄 Thankyou for hosting our mini break. The American buffet breakfast is amazing and a great start to each day .
Room was small but adequate .
