A Perfect Hotel!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hotel Fabric. We had the most amazing stay! The hotel is in a great safe location with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. And, we loved everything about this boutique hotel - the rooms were fantastic and the lounge area was delightful. And, the hotel has the most amazing team of staff. Notably, Lea and Fabiola made our entire stay perfect. Fabiola was so helpful during our travel preparations and was very genuine in person. We would highly recommend Hotel Fabric and hope to return someday!

The Hotel Fabric was a delight. The accommodations were excellent and exactly what we were looking for. All the staff was pleasant and polite, especially the women working the front desk. We needed to change our plans one day due to the weather and we asked for suggestions. She suggested an alternate location, gave us directions and it ended up being one of the best days we had! I would highly recommend Hotel Fabric to anyone traveling to Paris.
Visit to our daughter studying in Paris

We stayed at Hotel Fabric after positive reviews on TripAdvisor. The hotel was conveniently located less than 10 minutes from our daughter’s Paris address. Our stay was wonderful at Hotel Fabric.! I enthusiastically recommend it. They contacted us in advance so that our preferences were in place upon arrival. Since we took a red-eye and arrived early the following morning, it was great to have our room waiting for us. The concierge was proactive and helpful. The decor was beautiful and inviting. Our family was able to focus on each other and enjoy ourselves because the hotel was so accommodating. Thank you Hotel Fabric.
Nice room and location

With so many hotels in Paris getting a nice hotel in a great location can be a gamble. Hotel Fabric covers all the numbers on the table, red and black. The club room we stayed in was a good size and comfortable. The shower was terrific and the bath amenities were of high quality. The decor of the hotel is very well done and the lounge area was easy to hang out in for a cup of coffee. The service was very personalized and attentive. The location is great if you are looking for an experience in Paris that is less touristy, but easy to access the touristy bits, which can provide for a nice balance.
There is a fitness area as well as a hammam. The hammam requires a reservation, which is probably great if it's something that is a must do while you are in Paris, but for us it was something that was a nice option to have if we felt like using it when we got the urge. In other words planning to use a facility like that isn't how we travel, but I am sure it's nice if you like to schedule out your trip. I did overhear someone in the am asking about getting an appointment and being told that it was already entirely booked for the day. Maybe the thing to do is book it before you arrive? Would have been nice to have known that.
This is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our 2 night stay, it served our purpose and we were pleased with the service. We had a reservation at another area hotel that was less expensive but the reviews of the service were hit or miss with the emphasis on the miss. I cancelled and booked Hotel Fabric so I would not have to worry about that, and I was glad I did because I did not have to worry about that.
Why the 4 stars and not 5? There are 2 reasons. The first reason is that the coffee/expresso machine in the lobby broke one morning and was not repaired or replaced from that time through when we left. So that was a disappointment. I would have liked to see either an alternative arrangement for a nice coffee or some "do whatever it takes" kind of attitude to fixing/replacing the machine due to it being the only option. Also a disappointment was the hotel arranged car service that picked us up from the airport. For the amount charged we were told to be getting a meet and greet at the airport, wifi in the car, and bottled water. What we received was a casually dressed driver holding a piece of scratch paper with our name scribbled on it who arrived shortly after we arrived, so it was a more of we ran into each other than a meet and greet. Once we got to the car, Prius wagon, he pulled two bottles of generic water out of what appeared to be the spare wheel well in the back of the car prior to putting our luggage in the car. There was no information given about the wifi or how to access. The car also smelled of cigarettes, but to be fair most of Paris smells like a dirty ashtray. I did not book my own car service as I thought I would have an insider track utilizing the Hotels arrangement, so that was a bit disappointing as well.
Bottom line I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Paris, but I would recommend arranging your own car service as their are nicer options for the price available by searching on the internet.
Don't hesitate to book this hotel.
A wonderful experience!

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Fabric from October 5th to 9th, and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The room was beautiful, impeccably clean and very well-appointed. The staff were so friendly and helpful -- they recommended many restaurants within walking distance, booked taxis for us, booked and obtained tickets for a local tour for us, and provided maps and helped us navigate our way around the city. It is very well-located; there is so much to see and do within walking distance, and it is only a 10 minute walk to the hop-on / hop-off Open Tour bus route. Their breakfast is superb, and included some hot items as well as a wonderful array of fresh fruits and vegetables, meats and cheeses, smoked salmon and cereals. Plenty of freshly squeezed juice was also on hand, as well as a cappuccino/espresso machine that made a delicious fresh cup of coffee for us every morning. The pictures on their website almost looked too good to be true -- believe me, they are not, they are truly an exact representation of the beautiful rooms and cozy, charming lobby and breakfast area. We would recommend Hotel Fabric in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a unique place to stay in Paris!
