Rooms are very small with little storage space. However, they are clean, and very good internet service.Hotel location is EXTREMELY close to Gare du Nord so very convenient if traveling by train (beware that there are numerous train stations in Paris and they each go to different countries). As mentioned, this is in a more questionable part of the city and has sex (porn) shops next door.
The staff were extremely helpful, especially Stephanie. We were new to Paris and she went out of her way to help us.
Also enjoyed their breakfast buffet more than a breakfast that we had at a nearby cafe.

A charming boutique hotel; friendly, helpful staff; playful, eye-popping decor; immaculately clean; close to bus, metro, and rail stations, a couple of handy grocery stores nearby. It was a cinch to get around Paris from this location. This will be my hotel of choice during my next visit to the City of Lights.

Excellent customer services, the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. With good location and good restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel and certainly will stay again next time to Paris!

Good hotel just 2 minutes (even less) from gare du nord station. Very convenient if you travelling by Eurostar. The hotel itself, it is in a very good shape. Everything seems new. Our room was comfortable. Bed pillows and shower perfect too. As the double glazed windows, No noise from the street even if you face the road.
Staff is amazing. They are all very helpufull and friendly. I would definitely go there again if i will go to paris. Location as mentioned is great and you can reach all the main attraction in 30/40 minutes by walk (if you like). Otherwise metro is beyond the doorstep.

I strongly suggest this hotel for its location ( few steps from metro),the good handling of its staff and value for money.
I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and I think it is a good chioce in Paris.
