Almost very good
Ian Mon 14/11/2017 16:26Mostly a very pleasant stay. Rooms are clean comfortable and quiet and the restaurant food is good in the evenings and breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly. This review was almost going to be glowing.
What lets the hotel down is its internet speed. If that’s important to you, then save your sanity and stay somewhere else and I mean that. Download speed of less than 2Mbps and upload speed of half that means that if you need to use the internet you’ll be in for a LONG wait and don’t even think of streaming anything. There is a partial fix however: there’s a McDonald’s over the road with excellent Wi-fi, but that is not an acceptable solution for a modern chain hotel.
Great location
audrie mon 04/11/2017 15:18A good base for visiting the Somme not far from Combles war graves cemetery which is where my uncle is buried . The hotel restaurant is good food and breakfast was ok .rooms were quiet
The only bugbear was the sat nav didn't recognised the post code

O7771UOallanson 23/10/2017 14:57Fab location for our battlefield tour excellent staff well maintained and very clean pleasure to stay there not my first visit and certainly hope it's not my last would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends
A good overnight stop
Mark Bon 15/10/2017 07:03The hotel is just on the edge of Albert. The rooms are spacious clean and the bed is good. A good size bathroom with walk in shower. Friendly staff a pleasant bar/restaurant/breakfast room. Safe free on site parking.
I would stay here again.
Visiting the Somme
mavestrinon 08/10/2017 23:25A good base to visit the Somme hotel is excellent and would recommend it to others I am disabled and the staff and hotel was perfect. They could not do enough for my needs both before and when I arrived for my 2 night stay.
