One night only
718SHon 14/10/2017 13:53We stayed one night only on our way back to Calais. This Hotel is just for that - using before going on somewhere else. Rooms compact certainly not for staying for a week! It was clean and friendly staff but please note unless you want to travel by car there is nowhere within walking distance to have a meal. The evening food menu is expensive for run of the mill menu, breakfast was adequate although cold but nice fresh roll/bread etc and fruit.
TERRIBLE STAY
Rebekah Con 02/09/2017 17:53booked a room with 2 beds as we were a couple with a child. we arrived at 11pm and first room had 1 bed, and were told we couldnt change it. after a while they said we could and when we entered the room it had a flood and the floor was covered in water. 11pm with a baby is not easy to be moving around all the time. so we went back, got another room and this time the key wouldnt work, 2 times! the room smelt really badly of smoke. i would never stay here again.
Good, convenient and comfortable hotel for stopover
bohawkson 09/08/2017 12:45We stayed for just one night en route to Spain. It was a comfortable room but with some signs of wear and tear, e.g. corners of walls and the shower base. We were able to open the window fully which was great for us to get some fresh air but be careful if you have young children as we were on the second floor.
We had a view of the large secure, enclosed car park but this was nearly empty as there's a 6 EUR surcharge for using it. Why not just make it free for checked-in hotel guests? There is plenty of other free parking but we returned to our car the next morning to find that someone had parked a battered old van right next to us and had been sleeping in it - and was still asleep.
We had a very good meal in the Courtepaille restaurant which is part of this hotel.
Not our best stay at this hotel.
paul_yvonne_hawkinson 18/06/2017 19:26Hotel and rooms were clean and cool. Food was very poor. Had to send steaks back as cold in the middle. Were given fresh meals which were hot but quality still not good. Were disappointed with this visit as has been better on previous occasions.

Elizabeth Son 26/04/2017 19:57Easy to find at the next roundabout from the airport on the D810, when coming from the A63. A quiet area, plenty of parking, a Courtepaille restaurant on site and the usual comfortable Ibis rooms/beds and good showers.
We didn't breakfast here, but dog walked a couple of hundred yards to a brilliant boulangerie.
