Great hotel really but no advantage for Club members.
Dr Wilbur Hon 19/11/2017 14:55It would not matter if you walked in off the street. For club members it used to be free wifi (now free for eveyone). And the drink voucher. Very weird. It said special offer ViP for platinum members but wine and alcoholic drinks were EXCLUDED! After all a glass of house wine in Spain costs AUD 1.50.
No mention of meal discounts, usually 10% in Europe for members, no upgrades, you have to pay for early or late checkouts.
Well located, friendly and helpful front desk/reception team
junhussainion 07/11/2017 10:29It is the standard Ibis fare. Reasonably priced, small but comfortable and clean rooms. This Ibis was also quite well located. All the front desk/reception staff I encountered friendly and helpful throughout. Good value for money, especially for a short city break.
Standard Ibis Hotel!
helendc1on 30/10/2017 16:45We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a good central hotel for restaurants, bars and shops.
The hotel was busy but there was very little noise in the room. Room was standard Ibis and very clean. Staff were very pleasant, spoke good English and very helpful.
Breakfast was good, usual stuff but very good pastries and bread.
Good fast wifi.
Short visit
Keith Mon 29/10/2017 13:40This was my second stay here, the first over a year ago. This time I used the airport shuttle bus to save on a taxi and got off at Plaza Moyour, from where it was an easy walk.It is also an easy walk to the train station, old town and Guggenheim.
The hotel is quite modern, reception was efficient and staff helpful. Good quiet room with all the facilities you'd expect including an excellent shower. The room was cleaned and towels replaced daily.
I hadn't booked breakfast but paid for it on one morning and it was a standard buffet with hot and cold choices.
All you'd expect from an Ibis with a great location. There are also numerous bars and restaurants within 100 yards (a whole street of them). There is also a taxi rank across the road
Hotel Very well located in Bilbao
Emmanuel Hon 29/10/2017 12:10Prefer to have diners outside the hotel because it is only in case of absolute need. The kitchen is too small to offer a proper meal comparable to restaurants. However Breakfasts can be taken in the hotel
