Great hotel in the Waterloo area for a business trip. Very friendly staff and accommodating. proximity of stores and quick access to the highway. Good wifi and comfortable room. A small problem with the room was handled immediately and with great professionalism by the manager. I was relocated to a new room in a matter of minutes.

We wanted a well located hotel close to Waterloo town centre and not far from the battlefield memorial. The hotel is a great location, clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. A good bar as well. We enjoyed the stay.

Not much to say. Everything worked as expected.
But do not try the "La Trattoria" in the same building. Unfriendly, slow service, argumentation instead of excuses. Privately operated, not by Ibis.
We went to a nearby burger shack. Not exactly what we wanted.

The hotel is located at a walking distance from the town center & its restaurants & shops, and offers a free outdoor parking space in a courtyard at the back.
Our room was big and comfortable but located near the door accessing the corridor which has a very noisy blount system; Also we could hear people in the other rooms near ours.

The hotel is situated near for shopping and close to green grasslands.The rooms are big and clean.The top rooms are big but warmer than the other rooms.But they provide fans.The breakfast was good too.
