The staff are so kind and have high manners. They are so helpful with us.
We would like also to send our special thanks to the hotel manager "Elvin Keskin" for helping us in booking a very good room in Novotel Hotel in Istanbul. We also enjoy our stay and we are happy with it. Many thanks and respects to Ms.Elvin again. We appreciate her help so much.

Nice Hotel - Lacking Staff Quality

The room was extremely clean, and cosy. I found a place to work like a desk. The bed is excellent. We also had breakfast here, and its very rich, egg is delicious. I love the hotel as a building, design and decoration. Ibis is great.
Bad:
Location is a little far from city center, you will need a car. No bell-boy, you need to carry your own luggage. They are all not major, because i know where it is before booking, and i could carry my own luggage. But the thing i didnt like is; their technical service lied to me. In the room, it says, they guarantee if you need something, they will do within 15 minutes. I asked for an HDMI cable to connect my laptop to TV, they said "We dont have", and didnt provided within 15 minutes as per their guarantee. And the technical staff told me that "the tv dont have hdmi input" but i already checked the behind of TV, and i was sure there was... They could say "We dont have, and we are not willing to provide, and we are not going to keep our guarantee promise", i understand. But i lost my trust on this hotel when their staff lied to me. I would like to add that the reception is not very welcoming. Also i had to go down twice to activate my rooms card since it didnt open my room. Last thing, even i wrote in the initial reservation the details of invoice, they didnt take it into consideration, and i had to wait 5 more minutes in the checkout to fix the mistake in the invoice.
Same Ibis package
andrew110on 19/01/2016 20:46If you have stayed in an Ibis before it's the same as anywhere in the world. Even smells the same... Not in a bad way I hasten to add but I mean they all must use the same cleaning products.
Free Wifi, no frills but good value for money delivered by friendly staff. Location easy to get to by car with ample parking
