The best thing about this hotel is its location in Miraflores close by walk to a lot of attractions like the Larcomar Mall and good restaurants like Maido and of course 5 minutes walk to the dramatic coast of Lima.

I stay at this hotel 8 to 10 times a year while on 3 to 4 day business trips. The service and attention are very good. One of my favorite Ibis.
The restaurant offers a good and tasty menu. Breakfast is outstanding.

Only stayed one night and found this hotel quite cozy and staff very friendly.
The room reminded me somehow of the hotel rooms in Europe, smalls but practical. Loved finding enough sockets and located properly by the desk. Good lighting and the bathroom even though offers minimal amenities, it’s quite practical and meets its purpose.
The view from the window was of the city but also the ocean from afar, quite nice and somehow made me feel at ease.
The hotel is well located, there are a variety of cafes and restaurants around, as well as stores, it’s an easy and nice walk to the Kennedy Park, as well as the Mercados Incas.
And the best, the room rate is quite affordable and I wouldn’t mind coming back at all, as this hotel is well located within the Miraflores area.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 10 years, and unfortunately this have been the last.
I will start with the only remaining plus point, which for us (we are foodies) is location. Everything that we like is within walking distance and or a short Uber trip away.
Quality has definitely gone down: only one towel per person, amenities missing and dusty floors are just some examples.
Apart from that, the staff is so unfriendly I really will look elsewhere for our next trips. Things like smiling seems to be out of their reach, but looking at you when talking is just good manners. ALL of them (at the counter, bar or anywhere else) seem to be very busy doing "something", they are not!
Finally the "web check-in and check-out" offered by Accor is just a waste of time: Still have to go through the whole process and wait in the line (the express check-in line seem to be only part of the furniture).

Stayed there for 2 nights in Miraflores, close to restaurants and shopping, however kudos to the photographer, they did a great job of making the rooms look large and spacious, the rooms are small and can barely fit your luggage. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of security in the hotel. They also offer a personal taxi to the airport for $20.
