me and my boyfriend stayed overnight when we came to see alice cooper,the room was basic the bed was the most uncomfortable one i have ever slept on so hard,the shower room pod thing (not even a proper bathroom) is an accident waiting to haappen slippy plastic floors with no mats next to glass doors not a good mix no handles in case you slip either what if i was an older person staying at the hotel not good and the room was so noisy right next to dual carriage way they need decent double glazing wont be stopping here again not worth the money 126 a night rip off

I used this hotel so that I could attend a concert in town.
The room was clean, comfortable, if a little small. It did as advertised.
Despite overlooking the main internal motorway, my room was quiet.
I didn’t take advantage of the restaurant so can’t comment on that.
Handy for what I wanted and I would use it again.

Stayed here with hubby son and daughter in law to see a concert at first direct arena we booked 2double rooms nice clean rooms plenty of storage and even some shower gel,hairdryer,kettle with tea/coffee,to in rooms.The heating in the rooms was lovely nice hot shower too. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment.
The rooms are basic but clean comfy beds,I did the check in online and check out you just drop you key card in a box.
Car park over the road we arrived Saturday midday and left at 2pm Sunday it cost us £11 which I thought weren't to bad we paid up until 10pm then it's free from then until 10am Sunday morning so we just had to top up then but that was ok.
The city centre is about 15-20mins walk which we did a couple of times but in the evening we asked reception to order us a taxi to the arena which was done quickly cost us £3.90 lovely taxi man too.
Hotel a bit pricey but makes you wonder if they knew a concert was on and it was the weekend.
Would recommend for a city weekend away, easy walk to the centre,nice hotel bar cost us £17 for 2wines and 2pints can't comment on the food but we went to all you can eat breakfast in the town which was ok we also had a wander round the Christmas fair before coming home.
No noise in hotel a bit of traffic noise in the morning but not to loud didn't bother us we was on 6th floor would recommend

Stayed here for one night to attend a gig at The First Direct Arena. It full met my expectations and was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes walk from the railway station and 15 minutes walk to the Arena. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

I used this hotel for an overnight stay. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Despite being adjacent to the main roads through Leeds it was pretty quiet. I didn’t try the restaurant so can’t comment. The nearby pub the “Fox and Newt” had to be visited because it opened when I was a student many years ago and is still there!
The price for my visit was probably higher than it normally is due to the demand because of a major venue concert so consequently I think it was a tad expensive for what you get.
