Visited the hotel in November and enjoyed the stay we have visited a few ibis hotels and this is not to standard. Breakfast was not up to scratch bacon was bunt and verity was not the sam as other hotels. On the plus side the room was very clean and the bed was vary comfortable. The young lad who was in the bar was very pleasant, helpful and had a good sense of humour. Over all a pleasant stay.

If you accidentally leave something in your room and then go back a couple of hours later don't expect them to return the item. Left a phone charger.
Called in .. No one had found it and they would ask the cleaner and call tommorow.. predictably still waiting for that call. Someone has a new charger. Totally my fault for not checking but poor customer service.

Comfy stay as usual, quiet evening. Visiting family who live locally. Easy to find and reasonable travelling into Lincoln although it can be busy at peak times. Good breakfasts available from an early hour.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was as described. On arrival the very aggressive car parking signs can put you off and you do need to make sure you check in your vehicle registration number. Not sure how some other readers missed this. We had no problem with noise - were on the second floor facing the car-park. The restaurant did serve evening meals but the ambience is stark to our taste so we always ate out. The buffet breakfast is pretty good although the addition of boiled eggs rather than the over-cooked scrambled variety would have been good.. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Bedroom as expected -the mattress topper did add to the comfort. Some minor maintenance needed in the bathroom - sticky plug in basin. Only one restaurant in sensible walking distance (frankie and bennies) although another shortly due to open following refurbishment. Parking in central Lincoln at £8 for 24 hours is on the high side but car park was close in. There do not seem to be any convenient buses. I have marked as a budget hotel so it fully met expectations

I use this hotel on a regular basis and I am never disappointed with the comfortable rooms and excellent communication through emails. Always spotless clean and tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Staff always helpful and courteous. Breakfast is very good with plenty to choose from and buffet service. I do prefer a room overlooking the car park as I find rooms on the opposite side of corridor although not overlooking a major road I am inclined to hear traffic noise. The hotel supplies ear plugs on the bedside table but I have difficulty keeping them in. Prices are always competitive.
