We decided to book our stay in Lisbon at this hotel mainly because it was cheap (due to the member card) and because it has a good location, very close to the Saldanha metro station.
I knew that it was a two star hotel, so I didn't have greater expectations, but I was quite impressed about what the hotel had to offer and the service in general.
I would start by saying that the staff was very nice and friendly and the hotel was very clean.
The room, even though it was small, was quite ok. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were still pretty cheap and they didn't feel very good.
The walls lack of any design or color, the window was quite small and the window curtain was ugly. However this is to be expected at a 2 star hotel.
The bathroom was also good. To my surprise it even had a bidet next to the toilet.
Given the price I paid per night (~50 EUR), I can say that this hotel was a pretty good deal.
The only negative point, and the main reason why I can't give it a five star rating, is the fact the towels were dull and they smelled quite bad because of cheap detergent
I'm hoping, that the hotel staff will read this and they will improve the quality of the detergent and towels in the future.

I Stayed at this hotel for 2 days in November 2017. It was a good hotel very well located near metro (400 m)
The reception extremely polite and attend with a speed and attention.
I recommend to anyone who seeks a comfortable and clean place.

As I already mentioned in my previous review, the hotel is well located, clean, and has friendly personnel team, the only thing that I think that must be improved is the lunch and dinner menu that , in my opinion is poor.

Hotel location is tourist friendly - close to Tourists destinations. Also located near to a Shopping mall, convenient stores, cafes and restaurants. 5-8mins walk from Metro station.
Staffs are friendly and clean quiet room.
NEG: Unmanned Bar or coincidence? 3 separate occasions, Have to wait to be served from available staff from the Restaurant.

Ibis Saldana was ideally situated for the centre of Lisbon, the main railway stn Oriente and the airport.
The Metro which we used all the time was very close. Also close by were 2 good and inexpensive restaurants.
The hotel was very clean and provided a good continental breakfast.
Sadly after leaving the hotel and continuing to sightsee I had my purse stolen from my handbag with my money and cards inside. A sad end to what had been a lovely. 3 days in a great city.
