The rooms only have an air cooling system
So they are uncomfortably hot and you cant open the window as it opens on to the motorway . The email complaints line is useless and Nadia is very unsympathetic to your issues . Would not stay there ever again

After checking in which was a 25 min process as the receptionist is checking people in from a tiny table and laptop ?? I went to my room which was ok , although the plastic bathroom looks like a shower room from a mobile home / caravan . The decor throughout is all a little strange .
I asked for an iron and was told the ironing room was on the 1st floor , which was a dark room with 2 ironing tables and irons .the room was tiny with no windows . It was not ideal !!!
There was no spoons nor any milk to make a drink .
I did not sleep all night due to the heat in the rooms . The air coolers do not work well and you can't open the windows due to the motorway .
When I complained there was no empathetic comments back . The customer service is awful . The bar man was friendly and helpful but the owners really should take some customer skill qualification . Next time I will pay extra and stay in the premier inn next door

We took 2 rooms - 4 in party. The room they gave me had no AC and no fan. I asked to switch to a AC room and they obliged. This is a good location if you were going to fly out of London City Airport. The lobby has vending machines for drinks and snacks. The nearest restaurants are where the Barking Tube Station is located - about a 20 minute walk.

I have been a regular visitor here over the last 18 months. The service has dropped this year and I will not stay here again. The check in is so disjointed with who I am, then do I have a car ... the hotel is on the North Circular .. have a guess!!! £3 to park .. I don't get this charge!! In the restaurant tonight it really wasn't busy yet they still managed to serve other people after me, before me and with my starter!!! Considering there was on 6 tables in ... how can you mess this up!??! Think it's time to get a new hotel!

Im an Accor platinum member that regularly stays at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is good value at £3 per day. Lots of Breakfast options available. Rooms are always clean and are well designed. Overall, very good value for money!
