A EXTREMELY WELL MANAGED HOTEL !
Ferdinand56on 15/11/2017 17:36A quite confortable and extremely well managed hotel quite close to Madrid . An extremely group of professional team of young people, well motivated, always ready to assist you and make your stay at the hotel so pleasant as they might arrange for you. Obviously, this is an hotel with good management, efficiency services and only 20 minutes by bus in front of the main entrance from central Madrid train station. Very much appreciated to stay with them.
Smoking a major issue
Jane Son 02/11/2017 15:52Our first night was spoiled by the smell of cigarette smoke. The only way to reduce it was to turn off the air conditioning which meant we were too hot. Opening the window was not an option because of traffic noise. The following day our room was deep cleaned and the next two nights were fine. What aggrieves us is being charged £15 per night for our well behaved dog, who did not get on the furniture or bark. He slept quietly on his bed on the non-carpeted floor. How can £45 for extra cleaning be justified when the many people ignoring no smoking notices are presumably not charged??!! The provision of ash trays in rooms and the amount of smoke in the corridors indicates that Ibis just don't care. Smoking and dog charges have tainted our view of what in some other respects was a very good hotel. NB the bus that stops directly outside does not allow dogs. There is a 20-25 min walk to a train station.
Very good, comfortable stay

Needs a refurbishing but still a good option
Ray Von 17/09/2017 08:34We used this hotel as a base for visiting Madrid and the surrounding area. On two days we just left the car here and took the train into the city. It is easy to reach, being right off the M50 or the A5. To go into Madrid you need to walk 1.4 kms. or take your car and leave it at the station. Parking fees apply. The trip to Atocha station cost us 2.60 a piece and took 21 minutes. The hotel itself was pleasant enough and we had no complaints. There is plent of free parking available. Down the road there is a large shopping center, the Centro Comercial Tres Aguas, where there are many opportunities for eating out.
5 star accommodation and service

It's has great value for money and it's like a 5 star hotel without all the nonsense that comes with 5 star accommodation. The staff understand quite a bit of English to so for tourists I would recommend it and for business trips to.
