Worst Night in This Trip to Italy
OneMamaLoveon 18/11/2017 19:11The only reason we stayed here was because it was part of a package deal. I would not choose to stay here but sadly we had no choice. The best things about this hotel is it was clean and close to the airport, though finding a petrol station on the way was not easy.
The hotel is branded modern with this delicious restaurant on-site. As we weren't close to anywhere else we ate at the restaurant for a late dinner before getting ready to leave the next morning. The food was terrible - not the way you want to leave Italy with the thought of bad food. None of us ate much and threw most of it away and went to bed hungry. The service was fine. Breakfast was included and it was OK as there were different options like yogurt and pastries.
The beds were not comfortable. I did not sleep at all and had to travel about 24 hours the next day to get home. In my life I have slept in cheap hostels and luxury hotels so I can stay anywhere and am usually not picky. This was just not the way I wanted to spend my last night in Italy. I will not be doing a package trip again.
Clean room, close to airport
Jim Son 14/11/2017 12:57We recently stayed one night in this hotel as part of a package so don't really know the price as it was not broken down among flight from US, car rental for a week and 6 nights in various hotels but, given the total price of $800 per person, the hotel couldn't have been more than $40. The rack rate shown on the sign outside was 69 Euros. There was plenty of free parking behind the hotel if the front lot is full. While somewhat small the room was very clean and the bath very nice. They gave a complete hot free breakfast which was very good, with unlimited cappaccino from the machine. There is a shuttle to Malpensa which we did not use and I believe it was free. As a side note, if you need to fill up your rental car before returning it at the airport there are some gas stations not too far away but remember that the unmanned stations do not usually accept any credit cards except Italian ones and do not give change if you pay in cash. It only takes a few minutes to the departure terminal. They hotel restaurant seemed adequate but the prices seemed high with 15+ Euros for a hamburger plate so we didn't eat anything but breakfast there.

Shahar Lon 10/11/2017 19:15If you need a hotel close to malpensa airport, with nice clean rooms, good prices and a nice breakfast than this hotel is highly recomended.
Simple, clean, nicely decorated (don't expect something exceptional), very reasonable prices and a decent breakfast.
Keep in mind that there is nothing to do in the area withing walking distance but the hotel restaurant is nice for a simple dinner.

LindaP777on 30/10/2017 03:55We stayed at the Ibis Milano Malpensa Aeroporto in October 2017 for two night. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Marco at the front desk. The rooms were comfy, clean and roomy.
We ate at the restaurant for dinner the first night and breakfast the next morning. The food and service was good for a hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel for someone who wants to be near the airport and want a good value for the money.

Athens Ton 23/10/2017 13:31A clean and nice hotel.what you pay is what you get.i dont know why other people say so mean things for that hotel while that was pur cheapest choice.there are towels clean but ok small but when you pay less you must expect less.quick check in.nice staff.astonishing breakfast.the noise consolidation was ok.i don't hear anything and slept like a birdie.my ONLY actual problem was that the kitchen perhaps lacks of ventilation a d all the hotel public places smell like Chinese fried prawn.this was really annoying and made my hair and my clothes smell like that.generally I suggest.
