Have stayed here many times before and I will certainly be back! A fantastic location for walking along the Promenade De Anglais. This is a basic hotel with a plus! Clean, friendly, English spoken and clean and tidy!

Walking distance from the airport!
From terminal one, walk towards the main road and head to the Right side and walk about 15 mins and you will see the place! There's also a bus (29?) almost across the street from the hotel that takes you to the famous promenade or the old village for two euro, or maybe 3.
The hotel has a descent bar inside that.
The con I would say was that the room had very bad wifi. Most spots in the room couldn't connect to wifi. The lobby wifi was very good though.
This place is def good for a 1-2 night stay, maybe a layover. I would come back!

Clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a long journey here and we were too tired to go into town so ate in the restaurant. We had the pièce de Boucher which was well cooked and tender. Buffet breakfast is better than most for France. Coffee is good but don't get the milk in it as that is horrible. I add milk from the jug next to the cereals! Think the machine adds powdered stuff.

It is just 2 bus stop from the "promenade des anglais".
Near to the airport.
Near to bus stop to sophia antipolis (Ideal for business).
Acceptable breakfast.
Very clean room.
Good esalator.
Good welcome at reception.

We were flying back home the next day so decided to stay at this hotel. Very well priced. It didn't look that great on the photos, but booked anyway. The staff were super friendly and helpful, I sprained my foot really bad a block from the hotel, they provided me with ice right away to keep the swelling down. The room was super clean, good size, awesome beds, great shower, well designed small space with AC (it was sooo hot outside!). The breakfast was plentiful and good quality, and the little bar, darts and lobby computer a very nice touch. The hotel is right by 2 bus stops, so it's really easy to get to "downtown" Nice, costs $1.50 and it takes 10 minutes, same to the airport in the opposite direction. To go the airport i booked a cab (because of my sprained ankle) that charged 33 euros! and it was less than a 5 minute ride. Cab meters start at 15 euro so beware. The bus was prompt, clean, the hotel provided us all the schedules and the staff were very knowledgable about what bus to take. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Nice if you are not going the luxury route :-)
