rooms were cramped and bathroom was substandard. the location was very close and practical but the surrounding of the hotel especially the foot bridge to shopping wall mall was very filthy and full of urine. not good for the image of the hotel

We stayed several times in the Ibis/Ibis Budget hotel Bagnolet.
However both brands have a separate reception, they share one building.
Advantages are:
- The hotel is well accessible from the A3 Motorway.
- There's a private underground car park.
- The hotel is located close to a Metro station.
The hotel is not located in the best part of town and the hotel surroundings look quite messy and urgently need an upgrade.
There's also a shopping centre opposite to the hotel, looks nice from the inside, although 'wanderers' make the acces and the surroundings a bit unpleasant.
Now the hotel itself.
It's what you might expect from an Ibis hotel.
Rooms are rather basic, but clean, and have a private bathroom, TV and free Wifi.
Staff could be more friendly and helpful.
The value for money is OK.

Used as a base when visiting Paris. Secure parking and 3 minutes walk from metro. Easy access to motorway direct to Calais. Didnt pay extra for breakfast as felt expensive at 10 euros but used cafes in Paris instead.

Excellent hotel with top customer service and a special thank you to Lesline (reception) who is an amazing professional and a fab human being. Diversity and equality for all are applied and guests can truly feel this good spirit. We booked a last minute room on the 08/07/17 with Lesline and she basically saved us! Kids were exhausted and the hotel truly made the difference. The room was great, spacious, clean and the mattress was heaven. I am recommending this hotel, no doubt about it!

Was a part of Thomas cook group tour .From London we reached Paris with great hopes.... which crash landed on seeing the room size. If any one has seen mission impossible 3 where Tom Cruise break opens a jail!This hotels corridor and rooms exactly gives a feeling that you are in a dungeon. For we three adults it was even difficult to fit in the room. They simply pulled a bunk and asked us to use it as third bed. The bunk was same size as of Indian railways bunk. There was no place to keep the luggage...no place to open the luggage. IBIS team please check your self is it possible for three healthy adults to sleep in that room? Locality is not good and strange characters are seen in and around the hotel. Hotel is very far from main city center. Not advisable to roam out at night. IBIS please re consider before giving those rooms for three adults as even two adults can fit in there with great difficult. It's a basic transit hotel, rooms meant for solo traveller with no big luggage.
