Excellent hotel check in and out was pretty quick.
Staff very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and functional and I had a good nights sleep room 320 on the top floor.
Will be returning again.

Located just alongside the motorway to Blackpool in North Preston, this hotel is always presented to a high standard.
The all you can eat breakfast is expensive but there’s a range that’s quite good. A tip would be to go next door to the pub and get a cheaper alternative which is just as good.
Plenty of parking and several disabled spaces. The accessible rooms are spacious and well thought out.
Lack of fuelling facilities nearby at reasonable prices maybe a concern- there’s an Asda fuel station within a couple of miles though.
Prices don’t start as cheap as travelodge - but then it’s noticeably different.

For a Thursday night it was fairly quiet but the staff were very friendly and the fooms were good. All you could want for a night away. The breakfazt buffet in the morning was very good with more than enough choice for anyone.

2 stars for the location and excellent staff, who dealt with difficult customers in a friendly and professional way.
But this hotel attracts a certain clientele - avoid any room above the entrance as we had constant drunken parties noisily exiting taxis and yelling, whooping and howling under outside under our window all night.
Changed rooms for our second night only to find the party room next door with people hammering on doors, yelling and running in the corridors and piling into the room with loud music.
Oh, and smoking. One smoker set the fire alarm off 6am Sunday morning.
So sadly this was a weekend trip with no sleep. Have stayed at Ibis hotels before and used to noise of people coming and going but this was exceptionally disruptive over 2 sleepless nights.

The staff here are friendly and the hotel is just off the M55. However it is very near several noisy roads and other residents were banging their doors well into the early hours of the morning.
Very smooth check in and check out.
