Lidia, Croatia
maki142on 18/05/2017 10:10Simple , small hotel. Everything was ok . Very clean room and blankets. Only the room was too small for more than one night stay. As well as bathroom . Ther was only 1 big towell per person. Breakfast was good.Personal very peasant. Never the les , think that hotel need some renovation. Ibis hotels in other towns in Normandy and Bretagne ( Caen, St.Malo and Rennes) were new and perfect. Value for money!!!
Not in the centre, but excellent hotel
gy_ngyib2017on 13/04/2017 16:20We had a triple room, which was very clean and big enough. Although it is not in the centre, the metro stop is just in front of the hotel. The staff is really helpful. The bed is quite comfortable . .
Good Location/Decent Value
tag1991on 13/04/2017 06:37The rooms aren't huge but the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was great. The room was large and uncrowded. The selection was varied. The bread was fantastic. They even offered a little bag to take some fruit with you.
The location was great. A short walk to the city centre. My dad couldn't walk far but there is a trolley station right in front of the hotel which drops you in the centre of town.
Across the street is a mall with several restaurants.
Definitely worth a stay
Great value
Judith Ron 04/12/2016 08:16Well located , this hotels is about a 15 min walk from city centre. Rooms smallish but comfy bed and quality bedding. Small bathroom but piping hot water and fresh daily towels. Would have liked a tea/coffee tray.only one lift which at peak times can mean a long delay
Where this hotel exceeds is it's helpful staff and the quality of the breakfast available. Huge choice of products of an exceptionally high quality.
Parking available.
Had previously not used Ibis hotels. Would Definatly recommend
Good value & location for an overnight stay
Nicola Ton 12/10/2016 17:24I stayed at this hotel for one night en route to our holiday home in August this year. For the price paid it can't be beaten. Good location - 15mins walk or 2 stops on the tram into Rouen centre.
Comfortable rooms, good breakfast & good service.
Nice to have a city centre hotel with its own car park although as this is underground it couldn't accommodate our car as we had bikes on roof. We opted to park on the road as it was free after 7pm until 9 am but gentleman on reception offered to store them for us should we want to use the car park & take the bikes off - very obliging!
Breakfast is typically continental, but lots of choice; fresh breads, croissants, pastries, boiled eggs, nice little touches like bags to takeaway fruit and coffee cups with lids.
Would recommend Rouen as its a stunning city, full of character & beauty. Will certainly come back again; both to Rouen & this hotel.
