Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff close to the stadion and a shopping area plenty of restaurants in the neigbourhood. parking available off the street and behind a fence. can be a bit noisy if you want to keep the window open at night

Great location if you are booking to go to an event at Stade De France as just across the road. Hotel has a free onsite car park which is very convenient. Hotel is very clean and staff really friendly. Train stations about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms are small however very clean and tidy

The staff was great, especially the gentleman who ran to solid restaurant, who took care of my wife's allergy issues. There was a little smoke smell in the halls, but none in the clean, comfortable room. It wasn't huge, but it was larger than two others we stayed at in Paris and Amsterdam.

Stayed here for one night to attend the Depeche Mode concert at Stade De France...
Firstly, this is supposed to be a budget hotel , but the room rates had been inflated by almost 5 times the normal rate (39 EUR) to a jaw-dropping 190 EUR because of event that night (and that was the 'special' Accor member's rate!). Pure daylight robbery in my opinion.
Despite requesting a high floor when booking through the Accor website months in advance, this was ignored & we were given a room on the 1st floor. The bedroom was basic. No kettle,refrigerator or drinking water were provided . The only positive point was that the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was a 'wet-room' arrangement, with the shower in the middle of the bathroom floor ( ie: not a shower cubicle or bathtub). We soon discovered that the drain in the floor was blocked, and any use of the shower completely flooded the bathroom floor and resulted in so much water spilling into the bedroom area. that we had to 'sandbag' it with towels. Truly Awful.
We returned from our event at the SDF hungry and thirsty, to find that he restaurant was closed and, on this fully-booked night.
There was just one single member of staff doing everything:- manning the reception desk, answering the phone, and manning and bar/kitchen area.... This resulted in a ridiculous 30 minute wait just to purchase a bottle of water! There were many frustrated customers, and the member of staff was incredibly flustered and angry with everyone. It was a total farce - i mean, has this IBIS never heard of vending machines ?!
Overall, a very disappointing and extremely over-priced stay. I would not return here.

Was attending a training course and this hotel was the closest. Very clean and the rooms were good. Bed was great, had a really good nights sleep. Food in restaurant was a bit limited but the specials every night made a change.
