Pluses:
Nice bathroom, proper equipped. The staff was very pleasant and nice. Location relatively close to the center of the town.
Minuses:
Few facilities. Poor internet connection. Heating not working. A little bit noisy.

Although in the IBIS chain and thus sharing the same concept as any other IBIS hotel I have been to, this one seem to be older one. It is big (11 floors if I remember correctly) and quite crowded. Getting up or down by elevator can be quite a challenge, in particular if you are in a hurry.
The room was OK. Wi-fi was of good strength and for free.
Since the hotel is the biggest IBIS I have been too, breakfast offer was by far the biggest. Something for everyone.
The location is excellent if you wish to head the main Mariahilfer strasse for a walk, coffee or shopping.

Stayed this hotel one night and the bed was comfortable, room size just nice, location was great, near shopping area. Breakfast was ok. Everything was fine for a budget hotel. Just don't talk with their their staff, won't help. My wife was asking for hot water early in the morning for her coffee - since no kettle in the room , she didn't received any friendly response nor help from their reception staff. So only judging the acommodation quality - it's good.

We only stayed here one night but it was lovely!! The room is spacious and clean! We enjoyed sleeping on an actual double bed finally rather than two twin beds as per all the other hotels we have stay in on this trip (eastern Europe). The location was perfect - few steps from the train station ! We were traveling between cities so it was the perfect location for us! Not many restaurants around the area though. We had to take the metro down to find some food.

Like its sister the Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof, this hotel is targeting budget travelers. It offers a good size room with very comfortable bed. If you are transiting Vienna from the airport to other European cities by train, this hotel should be of your consideration.
It is within walking distance to Palace Belvedere.
